Name: Jennifer Atreidis - Stay Young / Play Hard Trainer

About Jennifer: I am an AFAA (Aerobics and Fitness Association of America) Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor. I also hold certifications for Spin through Mad Dogg Athletics and Group Power through BTS. My experience runs the gamut from Cheerleading coach, to Fitness and Spin instructor, to Personal Trainer.
My love for fitness began approximately 16 years ago, while being a cheerleading coach for my high school. Since then, I have been in the industry in one form or another.
I am originally from the Northeast and have worked at several Fitness Centers in both Connecticut and Palm Beach County. I have launched spin programs in both states, taught a variety of group exercise classes and trained numerous people using a variety of methods.
Since moving to Florida in 2001, I have competed and placed in 2 of 3 local NPC Figure Competitions. I am currently training for another one the end of May, and will continue a few more before the end of 2008. This last show for me, Gold Cup 2007, was more challenging since I just had a baby and was training for a show all within 7 months. I enjoy the figure shows because it's all about "strong femininity".
My goal for my clients is to keep things motivating and exciting. Body changes and routine changes are key for keeping people, "in the game".
