Herbed Grilled Chicken

Ingredients:
4 boneless chicken breasts, 5 oz. each
1 1/3 Tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. thyme
2 tsp. dried rosemary
Directions:
Preheat either grill or broiler. Rinse and pat dry the chicken. Combine olive oil and herbs to form a paste and rub on chicken to coat. If possible, cover with plastic wrap and let marinate, refrigerated, for about 30 minutes. Grill or broil chicken approximately 6 to 8 inches from heat source, for 4 to 6 minutes on each side until cooked. Serve.
Makes 4 servings.
