This site is dedicated to a select group of men and women: those of us over the age of 40 who still want to keep the fun and excitement in their lives while balancing it with proper health, nutrition, and an all around fitness regimen.

When a healthy diet and exercise become a part of your everyday routine, the quality of your life expands and rises to new heights making your everyday experiences that much better. Your mental attitude will improve as your physical strength increases.

Getting older is something we all face. Some of us accept aging and plod through the days, taking pills for blood pressure, insulin for diabetes, pain pills, and whatever else the doctor gives us to serve as a band-aid for the problem of the day. And then there is that special group of individuals who embrace each day with an energy within made possible because of a health lifestyle that does not take time away from the day, but rather expands it by makeing the moments better and more enjoyable.

This is a site that brings together those special individuals into a community; a community of people that have the desire to make the most out of life an live every day to its fullest.
